Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

We can’t wait for you to enjoy the comfort of your new Selah Vie blanket. Your order will arrive according to the shipping option you choose at checkout (our economy shipping typically takes 5-8 days for most US states, but may vary based on seasonality).. While we aim to meet the timeline selected, this is unfortunately beyond our control, and we can’t guarantee or refund orders delayed beyond the shipping window. Free shipping applies to continental U.S. states only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Our 14-Day Risk-Free Returns
We want you to love your Selah Vie blanket. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to offer a risk-free return/exchange policy. Simply return any unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to initiate the return and postmark the item within 14 days to receive a full refund or exchange.

For your return to be eligible, it must arrive back in the same cozy condition you received it—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please ensure there is no pet hair on returned items, as this will make them ineligible for a return and we’ll be unable to cover the shipping back to you.

Since we’re donating a portion of our sales to Mothers Without Borders, we don’t cover original or return shipping costs. A restocking fee of approximately $15 per item will be deducted from the refund total. Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
It’s always disappointing when something goes wrong in transit, but we’re here to help. We work closely with our shipping partners to file claims for damages when needed. If your package shows as delivered but was not received, we cannot fully cover stolen packages, though we may offer discounts on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs). Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.
